Label Configuration
Define and manage label sets for emails and contacts.
Labels allow you to categorize your data using a consistent structure. Each label consists of four components:
• Title: The name by which the label is displayed.
• Color: A visual identifier that makes the label easily recognizable.
• AI Labeling: Controls whether the label is automatically applied by AI or reserved for manual application only.
• Description: A descriptive prompt that helps classify which emails, contacts, or organizations should receive this label.
These components work together to create a flexible labeling system that helps organize your workspace according to your specific needs.
Key Features

Add Label
Create a new label by setting its name, description, and color. Once added, the label will be applied to all future data that meets its description criteria.
Edit Label
Update any part of an existing label. Changing the label’s name or color will update its appearance retroactively, meaning that all data already displaying the label will reflect these changes. However, if you modify the label’s description, the change will not affect data that was previously assigned based on the old description; only new incoming data will be evaluated against the updated description.
Delete Label
Remove a label to permanently delete it from your system. This action removes the label from all existing data where it was previously applied, as well as preventing it from being used in the future.
Label Arrangement
Customize the sequence in which labels are applied. This control ensures that your preferred labels are prioritized during the auto-labeling process, further refining the organization of your workspace.
